I have an idea to make a movie streaming site. But I have a problem such as Copyright issues, Google deindexes, ETC. their problem can I ignore using this offshore host. (Because My primary goal is social traffic)

Porn is allowed. But keep in mind that Child porn is strictly forbidden and if you're planning to run streaming website, it isn't allowed on shared hosting. You would go for VPS in this case

Hi Fxgima,
Copyright Issues aren't a huge problems for us. Regarding Google Deindexes, isn't related to hosting providers and cannot be avoid. In any case our support department will give you some "tips" to remedy the problem
