Is that just how things are in Dubai or are you miscalculating things?
The third one is a typo indeed, good catch : $150 per month from the stock market, risky but still you can wait it out and get your money : I invest $6000

I have a bond (called Sukuk) in Dubai with a coupon of 7.875% at the moment.
I have a French government bond with a fixed coupon of 8.5% maturing in 2023, and another one with a fixed coupon of 8,25% maturing in 2022. So it's not just Dubai.

My French bank's highest performing mutual fund (the only one I put money in) did +37% in 2019, +20% in 2018, +19% in 2017.
This year was +0 since I got out when everything crashed, and came back in when we passed the 200days moving average, and it's up +12.17%

My day trading account is +2.5% this month, so basically I'm the least performing piece of my investment strategy..

My point being, there are a bunch of easier investments to have, so it does impact the valuation of a high-risk, blackhat, website.

The thing here is though is an investment that you can control and is based on the time and energy you put into it . You can let it fail or you can grow it exponentially if you have the time and knowledge and of course will to do so.

Yes of course, but I think you are the most capable of doing that and not any random person. I think the buyer will mess it up, or get hit by some ban or something because he won't be careful and due to the nature of the business.

At the end of the day, its SMM reselling. It's a hard business, and the fact you made it work well doesn't mean anyone can, it means you're great at building businesses. I would take the money and go on to make the next business if I were you, focus on what you're good at, everyone wins.

So recently I have decided to sell a website I own, the reason is I just dont have the time to invest in it.
The problem when listing it I had is that I didnt know how to price it as the profit the website makes is directly tied to time invested into marketing it.

As mentioned before I do not have time to commit to this and the only thing I do is a 24 hour bump on a few forums, even with such little work though it managed to get around 1300$ in sales since the begining of this year.
As it is social media reselling the profit is around 700$ which is around 150-200$ per month.

The offer I got was 400$ and as I dont have a need for the website I took it and we should go thru with the escrow tomorrow, but as I am getting ready to go to sleep I keep thinking whether I should do it.

The only thing worth in the sale is the domain name, the script is bought from codecanyon which everyone can buy and the rest depends on the work you do, I guess I can easily replicate the website down the line if I want to invest more time into doing something like this, so that is why I think its not worth more then the 400 offered, yet I dont know.

Any input would be greatly appreciated ! :)
