Try to scale it, if it's the website in your bio you will not get a lot of organic traffic and competition is high but as you made it to 200 in a couple months you can grow it. Big panels make milions, dont sell a new project for 200 nor 400, it's also a personal thing. You try a new road and then couple months in you get tired and sell for a ridiculous sum? (Because really, 400 is just usess).

Well I guess that just is the thing, I do not have the knowledge to grow it myself, especially not with organic traffic as that would require some SEO.

Not manually its automated, and for the record I hate JAP as I guess most users on the forum do...bad service with bad prices.

haha yeah I am sure most hate them just seemed one of the most resold one. I am not in this so not really familiar with anything else.

As your site is just a 1:1 copy of the script you bought...i'd just sell it if you truly feel you have no time or just keep working on it. As was said before, based on this there really is not much more money in it as this is not as reliable of an income stream

You have to think about your selling price before offering something up for sale.
And don't backtrack the moment someone agrees to buy.
Don't start doubting if someone buys, thinking you are shorting yourself.
Result? You will end up with that site in your portfolio and never get anything for it. Instead of $400 --> $0.

Especially knowing that it is just a domain with a codecanyon script.
Unless, of course, that the buyer would become a major competitor.
That would change everything. But that turns out not to be the case.

Anyhow, it's your money, don't take advice from strangers, do what feels best for you!

you can't really do seo on panels. the only one i ever see in top results is qqtube.
I though you did the website, if it's also just a template and you don't have the time you can sell it. That being said, 400 is little money so i wouldn't sell a website in any case, why would you if is also makin profit.

If you don't have time for it, the price is fair. With everything going on right now there is a VERY high chance the income will fluctuate, and a possibility the new owner will completely tank the site. If you put that money into something useful, and it frees up time for you to be able to put towards something else, yes, it's well worth it in my opinion.

The best idea I came with if you are not gonna sell just make someone take care of the website and sales you teach the techniques to him and make the deal from profit 80% is for the admin who is you gonna get remaining 20% this way you can save and keep some passive incomes From your website may be in future if it goes higher rank you sell for higher price. I have people who can look after such work with less that 80% what is said before at just 50%.

That might be an option, as long as he knows what he is doing and can increase the sales, as it is right now splitting 300$ per month isnt that much of a good deal hah

They have bad prices and bad service, they have been banned from here and their support is atrocious. They cannot write sentence that makes sense.
