What income proof can I submit to a broker when selling my website?

Guys please tell me an irresistible yet simple document to do this. I am selling my site through a broker. They have asked income proof but didn't specify which one exactly they want. I'm a bit worried since my income sources are disjointed as I have multiple income stream for the site (affiliate marketing, sponsored posts...etc).

Any blackhat way to do this? Please let me know if you have any experience on this? You may also pm me if you like.
