Resource usage is not an issue if its 25% or even 50%, If your site continuously hit maximum resource limit, and you dont upgrade it or address the issue properly, Because its shared server and resources are shared too it can have negative impact on other accounts too, so we have to suspend it as there is no other way.

site speed/resources given: 10/10

on a side note, i spent a week looking through all VPS and shared hosting through BHW, and OnionHost were the best non-DMCA provider(price vs speed).
I was a newbie to the VPS(WHM) world and the helpfulness didnt exist.
moved over to shared hosting where im comfortable with cpanel and dont need help.
ive got their max shared hosting, done some speed tests, all 7 movie sites are running at 4-5sec loading speed even when trying to maximize loading time backend(it hit 7 seconds once) and it was all good. - tested with 1k visits
