can the usa vba be used for accepting payments from uk cards, as i dont want to use this for verifying anything, but just as a vba, like can i send or accept uk payments to this and whats the max i can load onto this at a time?
will it just be 15% for each time i reload it or withdrwa or send money to it?

I've had some issues ( i do not know if i did something wrong, or just had bad luck) however
i can say they give a great service e.g. changing or cancelling the order.
