Looking for somebody who can increase moz DA

I have around 10-15 domains.

I'm looking for somebody who can increase DA from 0 to 70+ for each domain.


I will pay in milestone- $15/10 increase in DA.

The DA is being scored on a 100-point logarithmic scale. Increasing the DA from 40 to 50 would be 50x more difficult than growing it from 0 to 10.
I am pretty sure that whoever you hire won't be able to get to 70 DA just like that as it the whole process takes A LOT of time (building backlinks, waiting for Moz to update the DA and PA scores, etc...)

In addition to that, the DA is not a factor for ranking as this is just a metric developed by Moz. Google does not 'see' the same way as Moz does.
