We urgently need your system admin help.

We have been going back and forth with your junior staff regarding our ticket.

Your servers are blocking us to upload any files regardless of the size thru cpanel and ftp.

They are giving us solutions that are not possible on our end.

Pls prioritize our issue

We have been going back and forth with your team for over a month now and we are losing a lot of clients because of this issue.
If your admins can only download and upload the files we have prepared over the cloud and this should resolve everything, however at this point your support staff keeps on providing replies that have been discussed from previous exchanges as if they are not reading our ticket.

Pls resolve this the soonest as we have been given so many "issue resolved" responses which issues are in fact on going on our end.

Yes we do offer windows on VPS but windows vps is unmanaged.

Unmanaged mean we can provide you facilities like reboot, reinstall but we won`t help you in installing any softwares
we will also provide you Dashboard from where you can reboot your VPS.

So windows is installed right? What do you mean with installing any softwares? I cannot install for example a browser or anything?

Yes, we will install windows but we won`t help you in installing browser or any other softwares, you need to install them on your own and
you can install any software that you wish to on VPS

OK yeah but installing software on windows isn't an issue at all lol why would I need help with that...or is installing software on a VPS on windows radically different compared to installing software on a normal laptop windows??

There are no changes in installation in windows on VPS or local system. We just tell customer to avoid any disputes later on.
