I received a review copy and placed the order on Aug 12. I've waited for a while to give a detailed review.
Content
The content is spun but is 100% unique and fairly readable. It's definitely a lot better than GSA blasts, but don't expect HQ content. You can pass the content for T1 for mid-level projects.
Sites
The PBNs are WordPress sites with mostly basic themes/templates. The sites are fairly new and have low authority. But, are indexing and pass a little link juice to your T1 sites.
Authority/ Rank improvement
The links are successful in boosting my T1 links. I started seeing some of my T1 links for main keywords. My site authority has also increased (DR - 7 to 19, DA 6 to 11). I haven't build any new links and the improvement is solely depending on this package (800 links). Please note that I've only used this package for only 20 web 2.0s, but using them for more/less T1s could have different results.
Spam score/ Negative results
I've checked rank improvements and spam score of my T1 sites and waited for some time to let all links get indexed. The spam score didn't increase for any of them as of now. However, the links didn't improve the authority of the sites. They can rank your parasites like Google sites or Medium articles, but won't make a significant difference to blogspot or wordpress blogs.
Are they good for T1 links?
No. They are not suitable as T1 links. As they have low authority, they won't improve your overall authority. You can use them as T2/T3 links, or to power up your parasites or churn & burn projects.
Are they better than GSA blast or other cheaper alternatives?
Yes, they are. There are many factors like you can use multiple URL/keyword combinations. However, the major advantage is that these sites are not spammed by everyone unlike the ones used in programs like GSA. So, there is little chance of spam and manual penalty. But, like all other links, you should take precautions to keep your money site safe.
Conclusion
They are the best low-cost links to boost your T1s. However, they won't skyrocket your rankings/authority. They are good to boost the web 2.0s, parasites, profile links etc.
