Huge traffics and ernings site on Flippa but sell price is quite cheap (seems fishy but can't find evidences)

Hi there, I saw this website for sell on Flippa, it has huge traffic and earnings, especially for the last few months. The website is here https://flippa.com/10626972-advertising-entertainment?show_new_signup=t&utm_expid=.d7BF9pnJRdmDZWBHg5n9Kw.1&utm_referrer=https:%2F%2Fflippa.com%2Fsearch%3Fquery%255Bkeyword%255D%3Dgizmo .

I have checked Ahrefs, and it seems the ranking and traffics are true and I manually check few posts and it seems the content is not scraped.

However, the selling price is quite cheap and the seller is brand new. Is this site a scam or legit website that is way undervalued?

you need to look at the site's monthly earnings. It earned more than $20k last month and only sell for $50k isn't that cheap consider the money earnings?

If they spent 19k on ads then it's over priced.

It seems that $20k is the annual revenue, and in this case $50k seems quite fair

It is a really interesting website, I am just wondering is there any black hat way to increase the website AdSense revenue(like bot clicking)?

I ask about this website is that I have seen a similar one and a super broker got scammed but I can't figure out how it is done.

yeah, it seems the website is offline right now,lol. But you can check the Ahrefs and it still ranks very well for many keywords like "dr stone season 2". I just don't get it how it manages to do it .

I don't understand flippa. So if I buy a website that was making a $100 a month, will I start making that money automatically?

I would only buy sites at between {0.1 to 10] x monthly earnings. So, if I site claims to be earning 1,000 per month pay between 1-10,000 tops, (assuming all values: financial and traffico are REAL, and not cut and pasted via PAYPAL or the guys have been teeming and lading and have one website buying from another website using "friendly" emails) this is the nature of the game and it is a gamer's game, there are many people selling sites then they basically set up a copy site, email the subscription base and tell them the new location before you have even got your hands on the domain, nevermind the hosting. Traffic means nothing unless it's converting, is it purchased, is it enough to run Adsense. Don't just buy shiny new toys, they're only NEW for a day. be cautious...Caveat Emptor. Anything above 2k make sure there a sales agreement in place.
