I found a website that I want to purchase and the seller is willing to sell it. My question now is, what would be the best way to finalize this deal without getting scammed? Have the seller list it on Flippa? Would I need some kind of agreement, for example that the seller is not allowed to create a competitor website in the same niche for X years after the sale?
