Pros
1) Although I saw results on the very first order itself, I wished the quality of creatives like images, articles etc be improved(btw i was already ranking 1st for couple my keywords with only single order). after 2nd order, the quality of creatives and articles was improved. that means he takes user feedback seriously.
2) 5 out of 10 keywords are ranking on the 1st page, 1st position.
3) gmb ranking for couple keywords improved from nowhere to top 5. Rest of the keywords are also seeing improvement.
Cons
1) I wish bhupesh could be more open to answering questions and explaining things to a customer who is a newbie in the SEO world. He did answer eventually after some pestering
Overall I am happy with the service as at the end of the day results speak for itself.
