I have some PBN sites and they look legit, but they don't have ads and that's a red flag, not for Google, but for humans.
What's a good way of adding ads to them? I can not use one account for all of them (footprint).

Use a random image from google in your sidebar with a link to the shop, such as:

It's not a red flag.

You should definitely not use a single account for all of them. In fact, I wouldn't use AdSense at all. There are other ad networks.

Images in sidebar with no links will visually do the trick. Alternatively, you can link to inner pages showcasing a review of the product(s) that is being "advertised". This way link juice will be preserved.

Ok, I'll try to be more specific with what my problem is:
These sites rank, I use them not only for linkbuilding, but for ORM landing pages. These are good sites with great backlink profiles, unique fresh content, great design, etc.

I have "fake banners", linking straight to the "advertirser's" website (ie: Coca Cola). But when I browse my websites, the lack of adds always seems odd to me.

Dunno, maybe I'm reading to much into it.

Not all websites have ads. I???ve come across a few real sites that are clearly monetized by selling reviews. You could probable add an affiliate disclaimer (even if you don???t use affiliates), or a fake paywall, or fake ???this space is available??? images in the sidebar.
